He has more than 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical business and management, as well as deep knowledge in marketing and sales of prescription and OTC drugs, medical devices and food supplements. For many years, he has been intensively engaged in the development and communication of brands, both in the Rx and OTC segments and managing professional teams.
David Vaněček held senior management positions at Medicom International and Angelini Pharma Czech Republic (Director of Sales and Marketing, Deputy General Manager) and PRO.MED.CS
(BU Director Central Europe). At the same time, he has also been working as a consultant for private medical facilities.

Having been in the pharmaceutical industry for 20 years, Lenka Vášová has acquired rich experience in prescription drug marketing and sales. She has been using her experience in long-term and short-term marketing management and sales communication, strategy and policy.
Lenka Vášová has been a frequent active agent in the process of introducing new products to the market and organized a number of Panel of Experts events. She is the author and leader of a wide range of innovative projects.
She held senior management positions in the company
Hoffman la Roche (Integrated Franchise Leader). She has gained significant experience in strategic management pilot projects for the development of health screening programs in the Czech Republic within the framework of the Action Plan of the Ministry of Health.
