Our business development activities are divided into five main areas:
Internal development. We cooperate with partners, both professionals and companies, to develop our own products.
Product acquisition. We purchase all rights essential for the sales of products targeted to the Czech market and markets in neighboring countries.
International In-Licensing. For international partners’ products, we obtain rights to sell on the Czech market, as well as on other markets in Central Europe. If necessary, we can arrange for all the activities related. We are well acquainted with the health care systems and pharmaceutical sectors in the Czech Republic and other countries in Central Europe.
Local In-Licensing. We obtain rights to other Czech manufacturers’ products.
Marketing contracts. We deal with investments in mature and unsupported brands to increase sales and profit by means of innovative marketing strategies, including co-promotion.
